Bathurst Regional Council has changed the way it advertises Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) by moving into a fully electronic environment.

Council places notifications and receives responses to RFQs, RFTs and EOIs electronically through this portal at no cost.

Tender 36.00855 New Filtration SCA and Associated Electrical Upgrade at Manning Aquatic Centre

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders for the Replacement of a switchboard (Filtration SCA) and associated electrical work at the Manning Aquatic Centre, 9 Elizabeth Street Bathurst NSW. Supply of the new Filtration SCA is part of this contract.

The installation works will include pre outage works to install all equipment that does not require the Filtration SCA to be removed, and outage works to replace the SCA and commission the installation.

The outage works must be completed within the allocated period specified in this tender.

Quotation 37.00889 Supply and Delivery of Advanced Trees

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the supply and delivery of advanced trees. Please note all trees must be received in two (2) deliveries, but must be packaged as per each separate list.

The quotation shall be for the two (2) individual, separate plant lists below:

  • 2024/25 Section 94 Tree List
  • 2024/25 Replacement Tree List

Tender 36.00848 - Hire of ice rink & associated infrastructure for Bathurst Winter Festival

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the hire, supply, installation, operation & removal of an open-air ice rink and surface platform & indoor space for the Bathurst Winter Festival.

The works will be separated into two portions:

Portion A: Hire, supply, installation, operation and removal of an open-air ice rink.
Portion B: Hire, supply, installation, operation and removal of a surface platform and indoor space.

Contractors may tender for individual or collective portions.
