Council places notifications and receives responses to RFQs, RFTs and EOIs electronically through this portal at no cost.

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment work of the changerooms and toilets at the Manning Aquatic Centre. This will be required to be completed over the winter period to minimise impact to the operation of the Centre.

Tender 36.00854 - Preferred Contractors List for Emergency and Minor Maintenance Works
Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in being included on the Preferred Contractors List for Emergency and Minor Maintenance works for the 2025-2026 Financial Year.
The Preferred Contractors list will be used by Bathurst Regional Council to contact appropriate contractors to carry out emergency and minor maintenance works as they arise.
Please note the list of services accepted under this tender has been reduced from previous years due to low use and need, for some categories.

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Supply and installation of a communications conduit from the Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Water Filtration Plant.
The works include the following:
- Supply and installation of DN 100mm PVC White Comms Conduit
- Excavate supply and installation of DN 100mm PVC White Comms Conduit
- Supply and install Communication Conduit coordinating works with the underbore sub contractor
- Supply and installation of Communications Conduit DN100 DICL on nominated bridges
- Inspect and prove previously installed Conduits
- Installation of rope in conduit where required

Tender 36.00855 New Filtration SCA and Associated Electrical Upgrade at Manning Aquatic Centre
Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders for the Replacement of a switchboard (Filtration SCA) and associated electrical work at the Manning Aquatic Centre, 9 Elizabeth Street Bathurst NSW. Supply of the new Filtration SCA is part of this contract.
The installation works will include pre outage works to install all equipment that does not require the Filtration SCA to be removed, and outage works to replace the SCA and commission the installation.
The outage works must be completed within the allocated period specified in this tender.
