Next Wednesday, Bathurst Regional Youth Council will be hosting the ‘Holly Jolly Hangout,’ a festive afternoon gathering in Kings Parade to mark the end of the year.
The event is completely free and is open to anybody aged between 12-24 years of age.
Youth Mayor Aston Hornery encouraged all Bathurst young adults to come along, noting that the event is a great send off to the school year and marks a fun start to the Christmas holidays.
“Our Holly Jolly Hangout is going to be an awesome end-of-year event that provides young people of Bathurst an opportunity to hang out with their friends or meet new people ahead of the summer break.
“We’ve organised for there to be some fantastic games, music, a fun photo booth, a little bit of trivia, and pizza – all free of course.
“Whether on your own or in a group, feel free to come on down and join in on the fun. We’d love to meet you!” he said.
Date: Wednesday 18 December 2024
Time: 4pm-6pm
Location: Kings Parade
Please note, this is a strictly drug and alcohol-free event.
