The Penrith Panthers will return to their home away from home, Carrington Park, in May 2025.
The Panthers will take on the Newcastle Knights on at 5.30pm on Saturday 24 May.
Mayor Cr Robert Taylor said the Penrith Panthers game in Bathurst has established itself as a popular fixture in the NRL season.
“Ever since the Panthers started coming to Bathurst our crowd numbers have been building, and last year we had our first sell-out fixture.
“Since 2014 we have built a huge Panthers supporters base in our community and the surrounding region and I am sure this game will once again attract a big crowd.
“The visit will also include the popular community engagement activities that our junior players and fans love so much – our Play Like a Panthers Clinic and opportunities to meet the Penrith players,” Cr Taylor said.
Tickets will go on sale soon. Keep an eye on Council’s website and social media pages for updates.
