Sample the region's freshest produce at the Bathurst Farmers Market, held on the 4th Saturday of every month.
The market is a community project run by the Lions Club of Bathurst Inc. and is held at the Bathurst Showground 8am-noon.
As you wander through the markets, you'll find freshly picked, grown and hand-made produce. There are plenty of opportunities to sample the products, and speak to stallholders about cooking, storage and usage tips.
You'll find coffee, baked goods, dairy, eggs & honey, flowers, plants and garden, fruit and vegetables, gourmet, fine food and small goods, meat, onsite ready-made meals and food, wine and spirits.
Entry to the markets is by a gold coin donation, and all proceeds go towards Lions Club charitable projects in the community.
