Pit Complex

As well as being a world-class motor racing circuit, Mount Panorama is also home to one of Bathurst's most user-friendly and unique function centres. Whether you're looking to hold a wedding, party, conference, trade show or anything in between the Mount Panorama Pit Complex is the premier venue in the Central West. The historic Mount provides a first-class facility with one of Australia's most well-know backdrops. Each and every one of the function rooms looks out over Pit Straight on one side, and the famed Mount Panorama on the other.

Our various function rooms can accommodate small, intimate gatherings to larger functions such as weddings and trade shows, with our largest room having a capacity of up to 400 guests. The spiritual home of Australian Motorsport can be tailored to suit your every need, whatever the function. The Pit Complex facility features an internally accessed kitchen with heating and air conditioning.

Every October, in one weekend, the Mount hosts nearly 200,000 die-hard race fans. Each year is more successful than the last as crowd numbers continue to rise, which proves we are more than capable to handle as big of an event as you can deliver. So if you're tired of the ‘run-of-the-mill' function centres, choose the Mount Panorama Pit Complex for a truly unique experience.

Track

Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit is undisputedly the pinnacle of Motorsport in Australia. Each year the Mount attracts countless numbers of tourists and fans alike, who come to the hallowed track to experience its unique combination of highs and lows, victories and heartbreaks that the circuit has delivered since its opening.

Mount Panorama is first and foremost a public road, which allows the vast number of visitors the chance to re-enact their favourite moment in Bathurst 1000 history... at 60km/h. Being a public road, the Mount and all visitors adhere to NSW Public Road rules, which Bathurst Regional Council also supports, so most visitors are restricted to the NSW Road Rules speed limit.

If you are part of a car club or know someone who is, then the Mount can become your playground. Whether you have a full-blown motor racing event, a car club rally, hill climb or super sprint, Mount Panorama is calling. The Mount can also host photo shoots, filming opportunities and anything in between. The Mount is synonymous with some of the most memorable moments in Australian Motorsport - now we are giving you the chance to share in this great tradition.

For circuit booking inquiries, please contact Bathurst Regional Council on (02) 6333 6242 or email  or access relevant documents under Pit Complex.
