Hayley has completed a Certificate III in Children Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) has been working in Early Childhood Education for 8 years. Hayley’s Philosophy: I aim to give every child the opportunity to meet their full potential by working in partnership with the child and their parents and families. In doing this I can provide children with exciting, challenging and stimulating experiences. Through these learning experiences I aim to support children to grow and develop, becoming confident and capable learners within themselves and the world around them.
