Following its resolution of 11 December 2024, Council is pleased to offer the remainder of The Reserve Windradyne residential lots for sale by interested agents.
For eligibility, Council will require signature and return of its agency agreement with confirmation of the agency name, address and ACN.
For the avoidance of doubt, only those agents featuring on Council’s approved agency list will be authorised to sell the Reserve Windradyne Lots.
