The Village Plans outline the history, unique qualities and assets of each village identified by the residents. Further information regarding the community capital and infrastructure, as well as the Bathurst Regional Council’s commitment to each village through the Village Improvement Program is also included.

The Village Plans will provide a framework for the preferred futures for each of these communities that will inform Bathurst Regional Council’s Community Strategic Planning, Delivery Program and Annual Operational Plans.
